CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION PODCAST COMPETITION

1. ORGANIZER

This is a competition of the trade fair JAGD & HUND - a trade fair of Messe Dortmund GmbH

2. ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE

Any natural person who has reached the age of 18 and is resident in Germany can take part. Employees and authorized representatives of Messe Dortmund GmbH, their family members and household members are excluded. The trade fair reserves the right to refuse the participation of individual persons from the outset for important reasons or to exclude them from the competition later and also to demand the return of the prize. An important reason is, for example, in cases of misuse or fraud (even attempted fraud) or other violations of the conditions of participation. The trade fair reserves the right to revoke prizes retrospectively in these cases.

3. CONTENT OF THE COMPETITION

Participation in the competition takes place by commenting on the post for the JAGD & HUND podcast for episodes 6,7,8 on the official JAGD & HUND profile on Instagram with a green heart emoji. Among all those who commented with a green heart emoji, 3 x 2 tickets per episode will be raffled off for the next JAGD & HUND trade fair from January 30th to February 4th, 2024 in Dortmund. The prize cannot be paid out in cash or in the form of other values, nor can it be exchanged or transferred to other people.

4. PARTICIPATION; WINNER DETERMINATION

By participating, the user agrees that in the event of a win, a private message will be sent via Instagram for the purpose of notifying the winner. The winners will be chosen at random.

Data protection information: The organizer processes personal data only for the purposes of this competition on the basis of the consent of each participant in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1a EU GDPR. 6. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

The winners will be drawn one week after the post for the respective podcast episode (6,7,8) is published. The winners will be informed promptly by private message via the official JAGD & HUND profile on Instagram. The winner must respond within 7 days. Otherwise, the prize will be forfeited.

7. START AND END OF THE COMPETITION

The competition starts on 20.12.23 and ends on 29.01.24

8. DISCLAIMER / MODIFICATION AND EARLY TERMINATION OF THE COMPETITION

The organizer is not liable for any transmission errors. The organizer reserves the right to terminate the competition prematurely at any time, even without observing deadlines, in whole or in part, or to change its course if it is not possible to conduct the competition properly for technical reasons (e.g. computer virus, manipulation of or errors in software and hardware) or legal reasons.

Legal recourse is excluded.
