Conditions of Participation

1. ORGANIZER

This is a competition of the Jagd & Hund fair - a fair of Messe Dortmund GmbH, in cooperation with "Niedersächsischer Jäger"

2. ELIGIBILITY

Teilnehmerin oder Teilnehmer kann jede natürliche Person sein, die das 18. Lebensjahr vollendet hat und ihren Wohnsitz in Deutschland hat. Ausgenommen sind Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sowie Bevollmächtigte der Messe Dortmund GmbH, deren Familienmitglieder und Haushaltsangehörige. Die Messe behält sich vor, aus wichtigem Grund die Teilnahme von einzelnen Personen von vornherein abzulehnen oder sie später vom Gewinnspiel auszuschließen und auch den Gewinn zurückzufordern. Ein wichtiger Grund liegt zum Beispiel in Fällen von Missbrauch oder Betrug (auch schon bei Versuchen) oder sonstigen Verstößen gegen die Teilnahmebedingungen vor. Die Messe behält sich vor, in diesem Fällen auch nachträglich Gewinne abzuerkennen.

3. COMPETITION CONTENT

Participation in the competition takes place by answering the weekly questions on the competition website. Among all weekly participants who have selected the correct answer, 10 x 2 tickets to the next Jagd & Hund fair from 7.-12. June 2022 raffled in Dortmund. As the main prize at the end of our competition series, we are giving away a shopping voucher worth €250 including a meet & greet with “Teppe und Schwenen” to all participants in the weekly competitions at the Jagd & Hund trade fair in Dortmund. A payout of the prize in cash or in the form of other values, their exchange or transfer to other people is not possible.

4. PARTICIPATION; WIN DETERMINATION

By participating, the user agrees that in the event of a win, an e-mail will be sent to him/her to notify him/her of the win. The winners will be determined by random selection.

Data protection information: The organizer processes personal data only for the purposes of this competition on the basis of the consent of each participant in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1a EU-DSGVO. 6. NOTIFICATION TO WINNERS

Die Auslosung der Gewinner findet für das wöchentliche Gewinnspiel jeweils in der darauffolgenden Kalenderwoche statt, für die abschließende Verlosung des Hauptpreises unter allen Teilnehmern am 04.04.2022. Die Gewinner werden zeitnah per Mail informiert. Die Gewinnerin/der Gewinner muss sich innerhalb von 7 Tagen zurückgemeldet haben. Sonst entfällt der Gewinn.

7. Start and End of the Sweepstakes

The competition begins on February 10th, 2022 and ends on March 31st, 2022.

8. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY / MODIFICATION AND EARLY TERMINATION OF THE COMPETITION

The organizer is not liable for any transmission errors. The organizer reserves the right to prematurely end the competition in whole or in part at any time, even without observing a deadline, or to change its course if this is not possible for technical (e.g. computer viruses, manipulation of or errors in software and hardware) or legal reasons is to carry out the competition properly.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

You can find your data subject rights and other information on data protection in accordance with Art. 13 GDPR under the data protection regulations.

10. Legal recourse is excluded.
